STEP 1/3
Wash the potatoes with the skin, sit them in a pot, and boil them with water until you can only see the top of the potatoes. Of course, close the lid and boil it on high heat or low heat, then reduce the heat to medium and boil it on low heat. When the water boils down, shake the pot once or twice to cook evenly.
