This is how to make yuzu sauce similar to how to make tangsuyuk sauce. Yuja is made by chopping the ingredients of Yuja tea. If you add too much citron, the scent is too strong. Add a little and make it. It would have been better to use green and red bell peppers, but I didn't have any ingredients, so I colored them with apple peel and parsley. Put water in a pot, boil salt, soy sauce, sugar, add chopped citron, etc., add vinegar and starch in water, and boil it to make a thick sauce.

After washing the chicken thoroughly and cutting it into bite-sized pieces, put rice wine in it and marinate it for a while, remove the water with a kitchen towel, take a cup of fried powder, put it in a plastic bag, shake it with the chicken, and coat it with powder. Mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of frying powder with a whisk to make a batter. Put the powdered chicken into the batter, take it out, and fry it in oil again with frying powder.
