Kalguksu, cold rice, and vegetable ingredients were chopped and prepared, and anchovy stocked with water. Fish cakes are blanched in boiling water. I heated up the earthen pot a little and put cooking oil on it and stir-fried red pepper powder. If you make it simple like this, it's much more savory and delicious than just adding chili powder.

Stir-fry red pepper powder slightly, pour anchovy water into an earthen pot, add shredded vegetables, and boil for a while. When the vegetables soften, add blanched fish cake at the end, season red pepper paste and soy sauce, and add kalguksu to finish with green onions. Sprinkle pepper at the end.
