Add ground apples, sugar and lemon juice to a safe heat-resistant container even at high temperatures and mix with a spoon. I don't have white sugar, so I made it with brown sugar.

Take it out of the range and mix it with a spoon. After cooling down, seal it in the refrigerator and eat quickly and make it again. JAEMIN is transparent and pretty, right? I think the color would have been prettier if it was made with white sugar. Make and eat safe jam at home without additives at home.
