Organic rye cookies
I wanted to eat something savory and light, so I baked rye cookies that are soft and chewy.

Within 60 minutes
Ingredients
  • Flour
    160g
  • Flour
    80g
  • Agave syrup
    80ml
  • canola oil
    65ml
  • Baking powder
    1.5g
  • cinnamon powder
    7g
  • Eggs
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Mix the canola oil and eggs well. Add the agave syrup and mix it well. (Agave syrup is natural cactus honey and you can use only 1/2 of the sugar.) If canola oil, eggs, and agave syrup are mixed well, add white flour from Korean wheat.
STEP 2/3
Add organic rye powder, baking powder, and cinnamon powder and mix well so that no raw powder is visible.
STEP 3/3
When the dough is lumped together, wrap it in a plastic pack and rest it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. When the dough is finished, do not peel the plastic, but use a rolling pin to push it with 3mm of sesame seeds to peel off the plastic, and then stamp it with a cookie cutter. After panning the cookie dough, bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
