How to make chewy, sweet and salty braised garlic
Since I'm eating fresh fresh garlic, frozen garlic that I peeled and frozen last year is not considered as precious as before. I took out all the frozen garlic and made braised garlic. I made it according to the recipe for braised altoran garlic, and it was baked like it was fried with starch powder, and cooked in the braised seasoning, and the sauce became chewy as the starch powder was mixed with the braised seasoning and cooked with grain syrup. The braised seasoning has been modified to suit my taste. Since the grain syrup at home is one-salim grain syrup, it is not sweet enough, so I added sugar and a little bit of oyster sauce and Rajojang, and it became so deliciously braised garlic. It's not that spicy because you put in about a teaspoon of Lajojang, but the unique attractive taste of Lajojang enhances the taste of braised garlic. Garlic is always added as a seasoning or used as an ingredient to catch miscellaneous smell, and side dishes are made as the main ingredient, so you can eat a lot of healthy garlic deliciously. Allicin, the spicy ingredient of garlic, is one of the top 10 superfeds in the world because of its anti-cancer, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory effects. If you cook it as a side dish and eat it as a healthy side dish, you can take care of your health and taste.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash frozen garlic in water and defrost it naturally. You can just use raw garlic. Cut off the root tip, please. I use garlic as a side or a small container
STEP 2/10
Cover with kitchen towel and pat dry.
STEP 3/10
Put the garlic in a plastic pack and mix well with 2 tablespoons of corn starch because there is no potato starch.
STEP 4/10
I shook the plastic to coat it with starch evenly.
STEP 5/10
Chop the green and red peppers and chop the nuts into small pieces. If you like nuts, you can add more.
STEP 6/10
Mix in the stewed seasoning.
STEP 7/10
Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil and stir-fry garlic. Garlic, which was yellow because it was frozen, turns white as it cooks.
STEP 8/10
When the garlic is golden brown, add the seasoning and mix well.
STEP 9/10
Add nuts, green and red pepper and mix.
STEP 10/10
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and wrap it up.
- Grain syrup and starch get tangled during the cooking process and it becomes chewy.k.a. chewy seasoning. - The sugar content and salinity vary depending on each seasoning, so it's good to taste and control it while mixing the braised seasoning.
