Making sweet potato soup with soybean paste
I don't have an appetite these days, so I've been eating a lot of Korean food. Recently, I've been into potato soup. It's not soybean paste stew, but it's delicious when I make potato soup with soybean paste. It's making a delicious doenjang potato soup. I like it because I feel light even if I eat three meals a day.

  • dried shrimp

  • a dried kelp

  • Soybean paste
    1.5spoon
  • red pepper paste
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1ts
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Water
    800ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Cut the green onion diagonally.

Chop the onion into cubes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes that are similar to onions. I'm done preparing the ingredients.

I'll officially make the soup. First, put dried shrimp and dried kelp in a pot.

When the broth boils, remove the dried kelp after 10 minutes.

You can also add vegetables for soybean paste stew such as mushrooms and zucchini. Taste it and if you're bored, you can add more soybean paste.
