Ingredients
  • freshwater cucumber
    450g
  • a thick salt
    1TS
  • Cooking oil
    1TS
  • Salt
    suitably
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • Sesame
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut both ends of the clean cucumber to see if it tastes bitter.
STEP 2/10
Cut the cucumber into 0.3cm thick pieces.
STEP 3/10
Put cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt, mix and marinate for 10 minutes.
STEP 4/10
Wash pickled cucumbers in water and squeeze them into a pillowcase as much as possible.
STEP 5/10
Taste the cucumber and season it with salt if it's bland. I put in two skewers.
STEP 6/10
Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into a frying pan over high heat.
STEP 7/10
Stir-fry cucumbers for 30 seconds, quickly rummaging. If you stir-fry cucumbers for too long, they'll be soft.
STEP 8/10
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
STEP 9/10
I'll mix it up.
STEP 10/10
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle a little bit of sesame seeds. No other seasoning was added to preserve the cucumber's scent. It's really good as a side dish for summer with delicious cucumber stir-fry.
Pickled cucumbers should be squeezed as much as possible and stir-fried over high heat for 30 seconds to taste good.
