STEP 1/20
I added 400g of beef and 1t of pink salt and marinated it in the refrigerator for an hour. I had to add ginger powder when I was seasoning it, but I thought of it while cooking, so I added it later.
STEP 2/20
Chop the purple onions into small pieces.
STEP 3/20
Cut cleanly washed tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/20
Place 1T of coconut oil, 10g of butter, and chopped purple onion in a heated pan.
STEP 5/20
Stir-fry onions over medium heat until clear and sweet.
STEP 6/20
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
STEP 7/20
I forgot to season the beef and added ginger powder.
STEP 8/20
Stir-fry meat over medium-low heat. When the meat has oil, it tastes deep, savory, and tastes better.
Tip. If you cook it over high heat, the meat doesn't produce oil.
STEP 9/20
When the meat is fully cooked, add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. You can cook over high heat because the juice comes from the tomatoes
STEP 10/20
I put in a ton of dry basil.
STEP 11/20
He added a big spoonful of soy sauce. Dark soy sauce goes well with beef
STEP 12/20
I peeled the tomato. It doesn't matter if you just eat it, but since it's cooked, the skin started to separate, so I peeled it off to eat it neatly
STEP 13/20
Add a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese powder when the tomatoes are well cooked
STEP 14/20
I put in half a bottle (170g) of zero calorie tomato basil dipping sauce.
STEP 15/20
I put in a big bottle of Mutti tomato paste.
STEP 16/20
Remove from heat and add raw basil.
STEP 17/20
The heat killed Basil's breath, didn't it?
STEP 18/20
Add tofu noodles, please.
STEP 19/20
Tofu noodles break easily, so mix them gently. You can put cheese on top, but I baked it in an air fryer.
STEP 20/20
I cooked the air fryer for 4 minutes at 190 degrees. Each household has different air fryer specifications, so please refer to the time and temperature
You can make it simple with bacon and onions, but if you invest a little bit of effort and time, the quality of the taste changes.
