Making Bibimmyeon with water
I thought of the spicy noodles I ate in Busan, so I poured cold noodles broth into it. When you don't have appetite in the hot summer, try making spicy noodles with cool water

  • Cucumber

  • Kimchi

  • Cold Noodles Soup

  • red pepper paste

  • Red pepper powder
    3spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    2spoon
  • Starch syrup
    2spoon
  • Vinegar
    1/2spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • sesame salt
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut half of the cucumber and shake off the kimchi sauce
STEP 2/6
Cut kimchi into small pieces, shred cucumber, and prepare cold noodle broth
STEP 3/6
Add seasoning to kimchi and cucumber and mix well
STEP 4/6
When the sauce is mixed, add the boiled noodles and mix until the sauce is soaked
STEP 5/6
Put it in a bowl and pour the broth Add eggs and chopped cucumbers and sprinkle sesame seeds

It tastes like bibim-mil-myeon that you ate in Busan with cold noodles and broth. You can add boiled eggs and vinegar to your liking
I skipped boiling noodles, but after boiling noodles, remove starch from cold water
