Making acorn jelly rice easily with cold noodle broth
I made cold bean-soup noodles yesterday, and today I made acorn muk bowl with acorn jelly. A summer delicacy that you can easily make with cold noodles broth! Let me summarize how to make muk bowl

  • Acorn jello

  • Cold Noodles Soup
    1pack
  • Kimchi
    1/2cup
  • Cucumber
    1/2ea
  • seaweed flakes
    1spoon
  • Sesame
    3spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch acorn jelly in boiling water for 4 minutes and soak it in cold water.
STEP 2/6
Cut acorn jelly into 1cm wide pieces.
STEP 3/6
Cut the ripe kimchi into small pieces and mix it with 1T of oligosaccharide and 1T of sesame oil.
STEP 4/6
Shred the cucumber.
STEP 5/6
Grind 3T sesame seeds and prepare them.
STEP 6/6
Put muk, cucumber salad, and kimchi on a plate, pour cold noodle broth, and put seaweed powder and sesame powder on it.
