Airfryer Making Eggplant Grilled Eggplant Oven Recipe
One of my favorite ingredients, eggplant! He is a regular customer of my shopping basket because it is a delicious ingredient no matter what he does. It's delicious even if you fry it or fry it, but today, I wanted to eat a different style of eggplant dish, so I searched eggplant in English on Instagram. When I looked it up, there were a lot of dishes where you cut the eggplant in half and grill it. So today, I'm going to cut it in half and eat it. I simply seasoned it and baked it in an air fryer. Let's start making super simple air fryer eggplant.

Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.

Cut the eggplant in half and make a cut, and make it 7-8mm deep.

Sprinkle herb salt evenly on top and bottom of eggplant.

Place 15g of butter on each 1/2 eggplant.

Sprinkle a lot of bread crumbs over it.

On top of that, put a lot of granafadano cheese.

Place eggplant in preheated air fryer to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Each house has a different firepower, so please check and grill it.

It's baked deliciously. You can just eat it like this, but I sprinkled granafadano cheese on top.

I sprinkled a lot of Granapadano cheese and ground the whole pepper. I think it's a bit monotonous to take a picture, so I sprayed a lot of pink pepper. It would be nice to have it, but even if you don't have it, it doesn't really affect the taste, so you can skip it. If you're tired of the same eggplant dish every time, make sure to try grilled eggplant with an air fryer
* If you don't have Granapadano cheese, you can use other hard cheese or Parmesan cheese powder. * Butter can be used regardless of salt-free butter or salt-free butter. If you are using a salt-free butter, add less salt, and if you are using a salt-free butter, sprinkle a little more salt. * If there is no butter, replace it with olive oil
