STEP 1/9
Cut bok choy into two pieces, wash it in running water, and chop green onions

Mix the sauce evenly

Stir-fry 3T of cooking oil, chopped green onions, 1T of minced garlic, and 1T of red pepper powder in a pan

If there is a perm scent, add beef brisket and stir-fry quickly

When the beef brisket is cooked, add bok choy and stir-fry it

Stir-fry bok choy slightly, then add all the sauce and stir-fry it

Stir-fry starch water mixed with 1T of starch powder and 3T of water

When bok choy is cooked, turn off the heat and add 0.5T of sesame oil and mix evenly
STEP 9/9
Place in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds
