It's a chicken leg bone soup that's often cooked for Bokji. It's savory enough to make soup with chicken legs, so I usually make gomtang with simple chicken legs rather than just one chicken. This time, I added radish and added a cool taste. They give you chicken legs, and they also take out the flesh like this time. The cooking process is not difficult at all because it is so easy to remove chicken leg meat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please wash the chicken legs clean. I peeled it for a clean and light soup.
STEP 2/8
Put the onion, green onion, and garlic for broth in a pot. Cut the stock onion into large pieces to make it easier to remove later.

Please pour 2L of water.

When the water boils up, close the lid and boil over medium low heat for about 50 minutes.

Chop radish and garnish green onion while the broth is boiling.
STEP 6/8
Please add the radish when it's been about 30 minutes.
STEP 7/8
After about 20 minutes after adding radish, take out all the vegetables for broth.
STEP 8/8
Add the garnish green onion and boil it one more time.
