Sunny Side Up & Tomato Sauce
It's a very easy menu that anyone can easily make, as long as you fry an egg and pour in the tomato sauce. I made tomato sauce, but with 1 egg and tomato sauce at home, it's easy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Grind ripe tomatoes on a grater to remove the skin.

Chop 1/4 purple onions into small pieces.

Finely chop 1 t of garlic.

Place pan over low heat and cover with olive oil.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and stir-fry.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the ground tomato juice.

Add 1/2 spoon of apple vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper, add 1/2 teaspoon of dry basil and boil for less than 5 minutes.

Place pan over low heat, cover with grape seed oil, and place 1 egg on top.

Add a spoonful of water, close the lid, and cook it gently.

Stand on a plate and put the side up.

Place tomato sauce on top of Sunny Side Up. You can raise it to cover the whole thing, or you can raise it to show the yolk.
If you have tomato sauce at home, heat it up and pour it over the egg. With ricotta cheese, you can even feel the soft flavor.
