Cooking Steps

Wash sea bream's head clean and scratch the scales. The scales are very strong, so please take care of them.

Put 500ml of water in a pot and make broth with kelp anchovies. When the water boils, remove the kelp, cover it, boil it for another 5 minutes, and then remove the anchovies.
