STEP 1/15
I'm going to use three potatoes as a skin, so wipe the potatoes one by one with a sponge and rinse them under running water.
STEP 2/15
Put potatoes in a pot and add 750ml of water and 0.5ksp of thick salt.
STEP 3/15
Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
STEP 4/15
When the water boils up, cover the pot and lower the gas heat slightly to boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 5/15
After some time, choose the largest potato and make sure that the chopsticks go in smoothly. (If the chopsticks go in smoothly, the potato is ripe.)
STEP 6/15
Mash the boiled potatoes with a masher. (If you don't have a masher, press it with a cup or rice bowl.)
STEP 7/15
Personally, I put a lot of strength on the potato and broke it, so I put three boiled potatoes together, and then I made five flat potatoes with my hands.
STEP 8/15
Put the flat potatoes in the air fryer and sprinkle 1 pinch of salt on each You can sprinkle pepper and olive oil to suit your taste.
STEP 9/15
Close the lid of the air fryer basket.
STEP 10/15
Set the first temperature to 180 degrees (if you want to eat more yellowish flat potato, set it to 185-190 degrees)
STEP 11/15
The first time is set to 15 minutes, and then the air fryer is activated.
STEP 12/15
After 15 minutes, open the basket of air fryers and place the mozzarella cheese to your liking. (I personally put it on top because I had Parmesan cheese powder.)
STEP 13/15
After putting the cheese on top, set the air fryer temperature to 180 degrees for a second time, and set the time for 3 minutes.
STEP 14/15
After 3 minutes, open the basket and check if the mozzarella cheese has melted well.
STEP 15/15
Transfer the flat potatoes to a plate and sprinkle parsley powder on it, and the air fryer potato dish is complete.
Boiling time may vary depending on the size of the potato, and the amount of water that decreases may vary depending on the gas fire power, so check the amount of water once in the middle. If you put too much strength on the masher, the potato may break as it is crushed, so crush it with moderate strength.
