Making ramen with sari-gomtang and yukgaejang
It's a recipe that you can enjoy spicy by adding red pepper powder to the white soup of Sarigomtang.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add green onions, add cooking oil, and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
It's the process of making green onion oil, and green onion burns well, so please remember to cook it on low heat.

When the green onion is cooked until golden brown, add the prepared beef and stir-fry over medium heat. If you heat it up high, the green onion will burn before the meat is cooked. I used beef for shabu-shabu, and it cooked quickly.

I added 3 tablespoons of spicy red pepper powder. If you like spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper. Red pepper powder is also an ingredient that burns easily. Reduce heat to low and stir-fry to blend well with beef green onion oil + green onion + meat.

I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry it with the sound of mixing the beef so that the seasoning can soak. You can see that the color gets darker as the red pepper flakes.

Add 1,100ml of water, please. I left the water boiling and poured it for quick cooking.

Bring to a boil until the water is boiling.

I put in two sari gomtang noodles.
