The more you stir-fry it, the more moisture comes out, and you can feel the enoki mushroom changing from ivory to yellow brown.
STEP 7/10
After all the moisture in the enoki mushroom comes out, it sticks to the pan. When the enoki mushroom turns golden, it's done.
STEP 8/10
Sprinkle pepper with pepper to taste. Season the salt to taste.
STEP 9/10
Pour in a spoonful of perilla oil.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Perilla oil has a low smoking point, so we poured it at the end to minimize nutritional care.
