Steamed clams and simple snacks
I recommend steamed clams when you want to make an ultra-low cost and ultra-simple main menu. The cooking time is short, and it's a menu that everyone likes.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Clams sold at the mart are sold after being removed, so you don't have to wash them separately and use them right away. Please put on rubber gloves and wash them.
STEP 2/4
Pour olive oil on the wok and drain the garlic oil. If you have dried peppers, put them together and stir-fry them. If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.
STEP 3/4
When the smell of garlic comes up, add the washed clams, add a cup of soju, close the lid, and boil it.
STEP 4/4
After a few minutes, when the clam opens its mouth, add green onions and Cheongyang red pepper and cook it one more time.
If you buy a pack of clams, there must be at least one or two dead shells with mud in them, so don't worry about the sea level and pick out only dead clams before cooking. Even if you don't put water in it, the water that the clam has is enough. If you want to eat clam soup with a lot of soup, just add a little more water.
