STEP 1/11
Wash the two eggplants clean, cut off the ends, divide them into three parts by length, and then divide them into four parts by length. Then each eggplant would have about 12 pieces, right??
STEP 2/11
Support the eggplant in boiling water, put the eggplant on top, and steam it for about 4 minutes.
STEP 3/11
Use 0.5T of minced garlic, too. You have to chop the garlic finely so that it doesn't get caught because it chews when you eat it, so chop it as finely as possible.
STEP 4/11
If you have green onions or chives, chop them and use them for 1T.
STEP 5/11
Put minced garlic and chopped green onions in a bowl and add 1T of soy sauce
STEP 6/11
Add 1T of sesame oil and mix it well.
STEP 7/11
The eggplant must have been steamed in the meantime. Transfer the steamed eggplant to a bowl and spread it out to cool enough.
STEP 8/11
It cools down to a certain extent, and there's a lot of moisture coming out of the branches. Press the branches lightly with both hands to remove moisture. If you press it too hard, the eggplant will be crushed, so press it lightly.
STEP 9/11
Then put the eggplant in the mall and add the sauce.
STEP 10/11
Add sesame seeds and mix them carefully to complete the seasoned soy sauce eggplant.
STEP 11/11
Put it in a bowl and enjoy it. Even if you mix two eggplants, it's just the right amount for a four-member family. These side dishes are the best when you mix them right away!!
