It's so easy to make tsuyu with bonito soy sauce.
When summer begins, I always make tzuyu.. As I get older, I don't want to make it because I'm lazy, but I'm thinking about making it in an easy way.. While I was doing it, I bought a bottle of bonito soy sauce, and it's easy to make tsuyu because there are many duruduru shimsae.

  • Anchovy

  • dried shiitake mushroom

  • Sea tangle

  • Water

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Place dry ingredients in skillet one by one
STEP 2/11
Add all the wet ingredients

Cover and leave overnight.
STEP 4/11
The next day, take out the kelp and boil it for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/11
Leave anchovies and shiitake as they are, cover and cool slowly.
STEP 6/11
When it cools, strain the anchovies and shiitake through a sieve.
STEP 7/11
Cut the shiitake into small pieces with scissors and squeeze the extra soy sauce
STEP 8/11
Season only with sesame oil and sesame seeds and eat it as a side dish.

And you can just eat the anchovies...

Boil the green peppers and mix them together and use them as side dishes.
