"Cold Udon" that you make at home in hot summer
It's hot these days, so it's a good food to make and eat when you want to eat something cool. I'll give you a simple recipe for cold udon at home!

  • Udon noodles

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

  • Ice
  • Kim
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
If the ingredients are ready, let's start cooking.

Boil the udon noodles to make them easy to eat, add ice, and rinse them once.
STEP 3/9
While the eggs are boiling, chop the green onions and chop the garlic.
STEP 4/9
Prepare 360ml of water,
STEP 5/9
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 9 tablespoons of katsuobushi soup, and finally half a spoon of minced garlic, depending on your preference.

When you're done making the cold udon broth, add ice to the boiled udon noodles

Next, pour in the cold udon broth!!

Peel the boiled egg and cut it in half.
