If you make kelp with water, it tastes better and the cucumber cold soup becomes more delicious. Put a large piece of kelp in a liter of water and boil it. I put in some small pieces.

Wash and prepare cucumbers and cut off both ends that may taste bitter

Lastly, season with salt. Soup soy sauce and fish sauce are dark in color, so it's good to season them with salt at the end.
