Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash young leaf vegetables clean in running water and drain them with a sieve.
STEP 2/6
Wash cherry tomatoes clean in running water, drain them in a strainer, wipe them with a kitchen towel, and cut them in half.

Chop granola 2T or nuts in kitchen towel.
STEP 4/6
I'm going to use a spoon to add ricotta cheese.

Make sauce (balsamic dressing) in a bowl.
