STEP 1/13
Separate the 2 creams that are used to make fried rice with disposable gloves on.

Chop the zucchini into 5mm thick pieces, and chop the carrots into 3mm thick pieces.
Prepare 20g of green onions by cutting them.

Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add 1 pinch of salt, stir with a spoon to make egg water.

Put chopped green onions and 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a pan and stir-fry until the scent of green onions rises under medium heat of gas to make green onion oil.

When green onion oil is made, add chopped carrots and zucchini and stir-fry them until vegetables are cooked.

Add a pinch of salt to the vegetables and toss them.

When the vegetables are cooked, leave about 90~95% of the separated crab crab meat and add them all. (Put the remaining crab meat as a topping and stir-fry it slightly when stir-frying the crab meat.)

Add 210g of rice on low heat and mix well so that there are no lumps of rice.

If the rice is well seasoned without lumps, add 0.5~0.6 tablespoons of oyster sauce, stir-fry until the seasoning is doubled, and then turn off the gas stove. (Adjust the amount of oyster sauce to suit your taste.)

Put grape seed oil on a frying pan and pour egg water over low heat.
STEP 11/13
When the egg water is slightly cooked, stir the egg water with a spoon or chopsticks to make a scrambled egg. (When the egg is about 70% cooked, turn off the gas heat and cook the egg with the remaining hot residual heat.)
STEP 12/13
Put crab meat crab rice in a bowl of rice, place it on a plate, place the remaining crab meat, and place scrambled eggs around the fried rice.
STEP 13/13
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and you're done making crab meat fried rice.
If you season vegetables with a little salt, the seasoning will be soaked, so you can enjoy it more.
Oyster sauce has different salinity from brand to brand, so please adjust the amount while tasting it.
You can add your favorite vegetables to the vegetables in fried rice.
