Cooking Steps

When it boils up, you can add salted pollack roe, peel off the outer shell of salted pollack roe, or if it's a large amount, you can just cut it into three pieces. I just peeled off the skin a little and squeezed the pollack inside. And add salted shrimp to season it. Boil it again.

If the salted pollack roe is cooked and the soft tofu is cooked, add the green onions and minced garlic. And then continue to boil it again. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

It's a collection of soft tofu and pollack roe that are lumped together. The soup was made by salted shrimp and salted pollack roe, but it was really savory and savory. It's the best feeling ever. Wow! A bowl of this in the morning would be a good start to the day!!!

Put it in a pot and heat it up right before eating. Add a little more green onion and a little bit of sesame oil to make the pollack roe mongle soft tofu soup taste too savory and savory. You can add the sesame oil that you like. I remembered that Omani put in sesame oil, so I put it in. If you add sesame oil, I think it's two or three times more savory. It never hurts the savory taste of beans ^^
