Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Blanch the salted octopus in boiling water for 5 minutes and remove it.

Cut the blanched octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Add cooking wine and pepper powder.

Add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, water and minced garlic and mix

Chop 2 cheongyang peppers. Please cut the green onions, too.
