Remove edges of whole wheat bread and spread flat with rolling pin or bottle. Use the remaining edges of whole wheat bread as whole wheat rusk.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and soak the whole wheat bread with a rolling pin and wet the egg water back and forth. All ingredients should be calculated once, but please make only one egg wash first, wet the bread, and add it if it is not enough.

Frozen chicken breast sausage is defrosted in the refrigerator in advance. I'm going to bake a whole wheat hot dog in the oven, so I put paper foil on the oven container, roll the whole wheat bread facing down, apply olive oil, turn it upside down for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. When using an air fryer, turn it upside down for 5 minutes at 170 degrees

Sprinkle sriracha sauce and you're done with whole wheat hot dogs!
Bake in the oven and keep the food in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days and heat it in the air fryer for 3 minutes when eating. Please keep the whole wheat hot dogs frozen afterwards. Wholemeal hot dogs that you can feel are very healthy snacks just by looking at them. I quickly ate two hot dogs instead of lunch as a diet! It's definitely wrapped in whole wheat bread, so it's not as crispy as a regular hot dog. But I really liked the savory and clean finish. The taste is honestly worse than normal hot dogs, but I don't think there's a hot dog like this for a diet. Diet diet diet hot dog recommendation!
