Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
This is the leftover kimchi soup. I think we'll get 7 letters. There's not much soup to put in Sanuki udon noodles, so add extra water and boil it with a grain of broth and Honda City. The reason why I put Honda City is because it's udon, so I used Honda City for ^^ liver.
STEP 2/4
When it boils up, add the Sanuki udon noodles. Boil it until the udon is naturally melted. If you try to solve the udon noodles with chopsticks from the beginning, the udon noodles can all be broken. Boil it until it melts on its own.
STEP 3/4
Mix the udon noodles well with the soup. Now, pour the udon noodles into the bowl first and pour the kimchi soup.
STEP 4/4
Cut seasoned laver into kimchi udon containing kimchi soup and udon noodles. And I'm done by sprinkling sesame seeds!!! Kimchi udon that you can eat on the weekend morning is complete using the remaining kimchi soup.
