Making Ssambap with Tuna Perilla leaf Ssambap Tuna dish
I prepared a simple and healthy Korean recipe. Perilla leaf ssambap made by combining perilla leaf and tuna ssamjang. It's a combination of savory and salty ssamjang with tuna, and fragrant perilla leaves, right? On a day when you want to eat a different Korean food, it is a great tuna perilla leaf ssambap as a lunch box menu.

Ingredients
  • Sesame leaf
    8~10piece
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Sesame oil
    1suitably
  • sesame salt
    little
  • Ssamjang
    1/2spoon
  • canned tuna
    1/2can
  • Carrot
    1handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare a cleanly washed perilla leaf, tuna and ssamjang, and a bowl of rice with sesame salt and sesame oil.
STEP 2/9
Add ssamjang and tuna to the prepared rice and mix well. I also added carrots for crunchy texture.
STEP 3/9
Add salt to water and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/9
Put perilla leaves in boiling water and take them out as soon as the color changes.
STEP 5/9
Wash with cold water and squeeze the water out.
STEP 6/9
Put a spoonful of rice on top of the perilla leaf so that the rough parts of the perilla leaf goes up.
STEP 7/9
Fold the bottom and fold the sides.

Wrap the rice well and it's done

Garnish with minced carrots and make them look more delicious.
