STEP 1/15
Wash the spinach clean and slice it.

You can chop the green onions.
STEP 3/15
Beat the eggs in a wide bowl.
STEP 4/15
Put 3T of cooking oil and 1T of minced garlic in a heated frying pan.

Add green onions, too.
STEP 6/15
Stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.

Add all the chopped spinach.
STEP 8/15
1T of sugar goes in.
STEP 9/15
Add 1T of fish sauce. Then stir-fry the spinach until it dies.

When spinach is out of breath, push the ingredients to one side of the frying pan and scramble the egg mixture in an empty space.

When scrambled, mix all the ingredients again.
STEP 12/15
Add 2 servings of rice (about 400g) and stir-fry.
STEP 13/15
If all the ingredients are mixed, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle 1T of sesame seeds.
STEP 14/15
1T of sesame oil goes in.
STEP 15/15
Stir it so that sesame and sesame oil mix well.
- These are ingredients for 2 servings.
