Tteokbokki with glass noodles, which is as delicious as the reci
It is as delicious as Yupdduk's beginner taste seasoning recipe. I made glass noodles with the seasoning used to make tteokbokki. You can make it easily if you have glass noodles, fish cakes, and green onions. It is the perfect food when you want to eat spicy japchae.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add all the ingredients and mix to complete the sauce. When 450ml of water boils, add all the seasoning you made.
STEP 2/5
Stir it so that the sauce melts well and add 2 sheets of fish cake. You can cut the fish cake into any size you want.
STEP 3/5
Cut the other half of the green onion and put it in. You can put it in like green onion salad or cut it sideways. Boil the green onion for 2~3 minutes with fish cake.
STEP 4/5
Add 200g of glass noodles soaked in water for more than 30 minutes. Add the glass noodles and boil for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/5
I'm going to finish with a little bit of sesame.
It tastes like it's in the middle of bibimdangmyeon and tteokbokki. It tastes even better because the glass noodles are soaked in the liver. Instead of rice cake, it is filled with glass noodles, so I feel like I am eating noodles, not tteokbokki. The sweet and slightly spicy taste goes well with it. The combination of fish cake and glass noodles is also good.
