Boiled eggs, onions, pickles (including soup)
Lemon juice - Can be replaced with pickle soup (not recommended for vinegar)

Preparing Ingredients - Onions
- After finely chopped, soak it in water for about 10 minutes (remove the spicy taste)

Prepare Ingredients - Eggs >> Separate White/Yolk
White: Finely chopped
Yolk: filter through a sieve to make fine particles

After about 10 minutes, filter it through a sieve + squeeze the water with a cloth (required) + finely chop the pickles and remove the water

Preparing ingredients for tartar sauce
mayonnaise, onion, pickle, white, yolk, sugar, salt + pepper
Yolk - Use 1/2 to 2/3 portions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
(Add lemon juice or pickle soup at the end)

Seasoning (Sugar, Salt, Pepper - Season to suit your taste)

Set the concentration
Use lemon juice or pickle soup to control the concentration
(To the extent that it drops when you use a spoon)
+ You can adjust the taste to suit your taste and the refreshing taste

Complete in a bowl (refrigerated storage within 2-3 days)
