STEP 1/12
-Put 1T oyster sauce, 2T oligosaccharide, 2T fish sauce, 3T Sriracha sauce, and 1T cooking wine into a bowl and stir well. Then the sauce is done. Please wait for a while after making it. - Wash the host under running water and shake it off to remove the water.

Pour 2T cooking oil on a heated frying pan, break 2 eggs and make a fried egg. I tend to make the yolk without breaking it.

Wipe off the frying pan with a kitchen towel and cover with an appropriate amount of cooking oil. And add 1T of minced garlic.
STEP 4/12
Add shrimp and stir-fry until it's cooked.
STEP 5/12
Add about 1T of thick soy sauce.
STEP 6/12
Stir-fry on medium heat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 7/12
I'll put in 2 servings of rice.
STEP 8/12
Mix all the ingredients once and add all the pre-made marinade.
STEP 9/12
Stir again so that the sauce mixes well.
STEP 10/12
Add all the drained hosts.
STEP 11/12
Add bean sprouts and cook quickly. Raise the gas stove over high heat and stir-fry it for about 20 to 30 seconds to complete.
STEP 12/12
It's for 2 people, so please put it on a plate and put a fried egg on top of it's done.
-You can add 1 to 2T of Sriracha sauce to suit your preference.
(It's okay to sprinkle it after it's done.)
