STEP 1/15
Trim the webfoot octopus. Turn the webfoot octopus head inside out to remove the intestines.

Remove the mouth of the webfoot octopus.

Remove the eyes of the webfoot octopus.

Sprinkle with flour and squeeze with your hands.

Wash it clean in cold water and strain it in a sieve to drain.

Put the trimmed webfoot octopus in a heated pan and cook it to remove the water.

Remove webfoot octopus when it is cooked (pinkish).

Grill the pork neck in a heated pan.

Remove the oil with a kitchen towel.

Add the webfoot octopus and stir-fry it together. (When you eat, cut webfoot octopus with scissors.)

Add sliced ginger and dried Vietnamese pepper.
STEP 12/15
Sprinkle with a little salt, then add the cayenne cheongyang pepper, red pepper, green onion and garlic.
STEP 13/15
Add soy sauce and minced garlic.
STEP 15/15
Sprinkle with pepper and mix well, then turn off the heat.
