Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared the ingredients. You may add cabbage.
STEP 2/6
Rinse the noodles thoroughly in water.
STEP 3/6
Chop the carrots and cucumbers and chop the perilla leaves into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/6
Add 1.5T of red pepper paste, 2.5T of oligosaccharide, 1T of sesame oil, and 2T of vinegar and mix.
STEP 5/6
Add 2T of soy sauce and 1T of sesame seeds to finish the seasoning. Cut the angelica into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/6
Put the sauce first, season it, add vegetables, and mix it. Please adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your taste. Place in a bowl and top with perilla leaves as a finishing touch.
Boil water with angelica, add 2T of edible soda and bring to the boil. Adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your taste.
