Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice carrots and cucumbers long to remove moisture, soak the fried tofu, squeeze the water out, and shred.
STEP 2/4
Season the rice with salt and sesame oil.
STEP 3/4
Make ssamjang mayo sauce with panil ssamjang (soon), mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
STEP 4/4
Place rice on top of the seaweed and roll the kimbap on top ingredients.
