Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash 2 tomatoes in clean water. Cut it into thin slices and the tomatoes are ready.
STEP 2/4
Put the seasoning on top of the sliced tomatoes. Add 1 pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper (optional). Sprinkle 1/3 tbsp of oligosaccharide evenly. Finish with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
STEP 3/4
A really simple pickled tomato is completed. You may add olive oil and onions. Just this way, a clean-tasting.
STEP 4/4
It tastes better if you put the lid on and leave it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes. It's best if you ripen it for about a day.
As tomatoes are pickled in lemon juice and oligosaccharides, the fresh and sweet taste becomes stronger.
