Prepare 1/2 apple and 1 carrot.

Chop the apple with a knife.

Shred the carrots with a knife.

Transfer shredded apples and carrots to a glass mixing bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. I added 2 spoons of citron syrup to give it a fresh taste.

Chop peanuts and turn them into bons.

After making the peanut powder, put it in a mixing bowl and mix well. With peanuts, you can enjoy a more savory taste and crunchy texture.

Lastly, I sprinkled black sesame seeds. I made a very simple carrot-lape salad.

Place a slice of bread in a waffle pan and bake crispy back and forth without oil or butter.
STEP 10/10
Place a slice of cheese on the baked bread. Gently place carrot-lape salad on top of bread.
