STEP 1/5
Soak seaweed in cold water for 10 to 20 minutes. It's better to be called in more than 10 minutes and in less than 20 minutes!Did you fail to control the amount when you soaked the seaweed? Dont you worry! In that case, you can divide it into parts and put it in the freezer. Wash the soaked seaweed by rubbing it until the sticky mucus of the thin seaweed is almost gone as if washing the laundry. <UNT_PHL> I cut the washed seaweed into bite-size pieces with scissors. I'm too lazy to use a cutting board and a knife because of one seaweed. I'm too lazy to wash the dishes~~
STEP 2/5
Touch the dried pollack with your hands to see if it has thorns, remove it, and cut the dried pollack into bite-size pieces with scissors. Soak the dried pollack in water for a while and squeeze the water out.
STEP 3/5
Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the dried pollack.
Stir-fry it for about 4-5 minutes, then stir-fry the soaked seaweed with it.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry it, pour the water, and when the water starts to dry, pour the soy sauce. If you use one of the tuna extract, anchovy extract, sand lance extract, you can enjoy a deeper and more delicious seaweed soup. There was ground garlic in the freezer, so I put a spoonful of it.
STEP 5/5
When it starts to boil off, reduce the heat to medium and boil it for 30 to 40 minutes until the seaweed is soft.
Seaweed soup with a lot of seaweed and dried pollack. The well-cooked seaweed filled with minerals was really soft and the cool taste from the seaweed soup made me feel better. It's not stuffy and refreshing. It's good for hangover the day after drinking, and it's good to eat a bowl of busy breakfast
