Put dried jelly in a microwave oven container and heat it in water for about 3 minutes. The product we sell needs to be heated for 6-7 minutes, but I dried it myself, so it took about 3 minutes. It's done when you feel it's chewy. It depends on the specifications, so it's good to increase the time little by little!

Cut a pack of oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces and remove them one by one.

I like green onions, but I don't have it, so I replaced it with green onions. I cut it into pieces the size of dried jelly.

Pour in the sauce.
