STEP 1/6
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces (1.5 cm) apart, add 1/2 tablespoon of bay salt, and pickle for 10-15 minutes

Rinse the starch well in water and strain the pickled potatoes

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry over high heat. When it boils, reduce the heat to medium, cover, and cook until the potatoes are transparent

Add brewed soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, and 1cm chopped carrots and shake the pan so that the sauce is evenly coated. Never turn over with a spatula (potatoes are broken)

Cook with lid on until fully cooked

Boil the soup until it's too thick and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds
When you cook potatoes, if you put cooking oil on the pan, the potatoes don't stick and it's smooth Will potatoes be cooked 90% according to individual preferences? Will it be cooked well? There's a difference in texture, so it's up to your taste! The charm of this recipe is that it's chewy even if it's cooked well like me
