How to make a generous stir-fried pork and gopchang with vegetab
I bought my first boiled pork tripe online, and it doesn't smell and it's cleaner, more volume, and more cost-effective than buying it. It's a visual that can't be found when you buy it at a gopchang stir-fried restaurant with more gopchang than vegetables. It's a tantalizing dish that you always dig through and eat a few as if you're looking for hidden pictures, but it's hard to find vegetables for stir-fried gopchang. It's full of gopchang. It's nice to be able to eat as much as you want with a generous amount. The savory taste of perilla powder and perilla oil and the scent of perilla leaves help you catch the smell, so you can enjoy it deliciously. I was so full that I couldn't finish the leftover gopchang, so I put rice, seaweed, sesame oil, and fried rice. It's the completion of the course.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash vegetables, trim them, and wash them. Separate the leaves of cabbage one by one and disinfect them in vinegar water for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/12
Remove the rough stems of perilla leaves and disinfect them by immersing them in vinegar water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Mix the stir-fried sauce
STEP 4/12
Wash the tripe in water once, soak it in vinegar and soju water for about 5 minutes and disinfect it, wash it 2-3 times and drain it through a sieve.
STEP 5/12
Please shred the vegetables.
STEP 6/12
Please cut the gopchang in 1-2cm sizes.
STEP 7/12
Grease a frying pan with oil, stir-fry garlic, (green onion), and onions.
STEP 8/12
Add all the vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and stir-fry
STEP 9/12
When the vegetables are out of breath, add half the stir-fried seasoning and stir-fry.
STEP 10/12
Please add the remaining stir-fried seasoning after adding the gopchang. Since gopchang is boiled, stir-fry it until it goes well with the sauce.
STEP 11/12
Stir-fry perilla leaves, perilla powder, and perilla oil.
STEP 12/12
If you add a lot of vegetables, it can become bland because the vegetables produce a lot of moisture. At the end, you can taste it and add salt to your taste.
After washing and cutting the gopchang, add half of the stir-fried seasoning and marinate it for 10-20 minutes beforehand to taste deeper.
