Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash and drain bean sprouts thoroughly and cut them into 2~3cm long pieces.
STEP 2/6
Shred zucchini into thick slices similar to bean sprouts.
STEP 3/6
Cut Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper into thin and round pieces.
STEP 4/6
Mix bean sprouts, zucchini, half a cup of fried powder, and a little salt in a bowl, and when the bean sprouts and zucchini become moist, add 2 to 3T of water to make the dough so that it gets tangled with each other.
