* Make cream. (1 or 2 people) Put whipped cream and sugar in a container.

Make a cream with an electric whisk and refrigerate it.

Trim clean strawberries. Cut the stalk end, remove 1/2 piece of strawberry for topping, and cut the rest finely.

Place strawberries straight into serving cups, add 1 spoon of organic sugar.

Melt the sugar by crushing the strawberries with a spoon or fork.

Place ice up to two thirds of the cup.

Slowly pour the milk over the ice.

Pour the pre-made cream into the cup.

Put the topping strawberries on top of the cream and cut the edible green leaves and put them on top like strawberry stalks.
You can mash strawberries and sugar, but you can make them right away without making them in advance, so make them when they are the freshest.
If you put in cream, it becomes much softer and heavier than when you put in milk. Try strawberry cream latte with cream.
