STEP 1/11
Buy a set of yubu sushi and prepare 1 bag of fried tofu, 1 bag of stir-fried vegetables, 1 bag of sushi sauce, and 1 pack of tofu 300g.
STEP 2/11
Rinse 1 tofu lightly under running water.
STEP 3/11
Put tofu in a cloth or pillowcase and squeeze it to squeeze the water out of the tofu. (I used cotton cloth because I didn't have a pillowcase)
STEP 4/11
Put the squeezed tofu in the pan.
STEP 5/11
Stir-fry the remaining water on the tofu over medium or medium heat.
STEP 6/11
Put the stir-fried tofu in a bowl and add only 1/2 of the 1 bag of stir-fried vegetables and 1 bag of sushi sauce.
STEP 7/11
Mix tofu, stir-fried vegetables, and sushi sauce with a spoon. (If you taste it and feel it's bland, add a little salt, and if you want to eat sour sushi, add additional sushi sauce.)
STEP 8/11
Put on disposable gloves and squeeze a little bit of water out of the tofu skin. (If you press too hard to squeeze the water out, the tofu skin may tear later on.)
STEP 9/11
After opening the oil, add the prepared stir-fried tofu ingredients little by little and press down to fill the inside.(The number of tofu fried tofu rice balls may vary depending on the amount of oil in it.)
I forgot to take the completed picture with 7
STEP 10/11
Prepare 3 pieces of seasoned laver by cutting it into small pieces with scissors (as an option)
STEP 11/11
If you sprinkle chopped seasoned laver and sesame seeds on top of tofu tofu fried rice balls, you are done making tofu fried rice balls.
If you put more sushi sauce than the ingredients, it will be moist, so please adjust the amount to your taste.
Add a little salt if you feel it's bland, and if you like sour things, add additional sushi sauce.
It's delicious even if you cut other ingredients such as sweet meat or pickled radish into small pieces as ingredients in tofu fried tofu sushi.
