STEP 1/9
It's 100g if you only use 1/2 can of spam small cans.
STEP 2/9
Put spam in a plastic bag and crush it by pressing it with your palm.

Chop up half an onion.

Put 4 tablespoons of soy sauce in 2 liters of water and boil 1 serving of spaghetti when the water boils. The spaghetti was boiled for 8 minutes. Each spaghetti is slightly different, so please refer to the boiling time on the back of the bag. Stir-fry it again, so boil it a little less than it is in the bag

Boiled noodles don't get soggy if you mix it with a little olive oil.
STEP 6/9
Put 2 wheels of cooking oil in a medium heat pan and stir-fry crushed spam until firm. You have to stir-fry it as hard as you can to get rid of the smell of ham. When the becomes golden, reduce the heat and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 7/9
Add chopped onions and stir-fry again over medium heat. When the onion becomes transparent, reduce the heat, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir-fry it, add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce to the edge of the pan, boil it again over medium heat, and mix well.
STEP 8/9
Add 4 tablespoons of ketchup and mix well, and squeeze the ketchup 4 times the size of a drop. Add the noodles and stir-fry 1 cup (200ml) of soy sauce noodles.
STEP 9/9
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix well. Remove from heat and mix with 1 tablespoon ketchup. Fried ketchup and uncooked ketchup taste different, so I put both in. Place in a bowl and finish with plenty of pepper.
