Gently beat 60g of room temperature butter with a spatula.

Add 25g of sugar and mix well with butter.

Sift 100g of flour and 20g of almond powder.

Mix the dough together as if clumping together with a spatula.

Add 25g of pre-mixed eggs and 1t of vanilla extract and knead again with a spatula.

Place crust dough flat in square pan (16.5cm x 16.5cm). And bake crust, the basic work of making butter bars, at 170 degrees preheated oven for 18 minutes

I will make butter filling while baking crust. Gently whisk 130g of butter with a spatula.

Add 100g of brown sugar and mix with a spatula.

Add 1/2 eggs and 1 ton vanilla extract.

Mix the eggs with the batter so that they don't separate.

Add all the remaining eggs again and mix well.

Add 110g of gravity and 30g of starch syrup.

Mix gently with a spatula until no grains are visible.

Spread butter-filling evenly over a baked crust.

Bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes

Cool the finished butter bar and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.

Cut the butter bar out of the refrigerator in half and cut it into bite-size pieces
