Lotus cookie cream Einspanner pudding.
I'm into making pudding these days.. I don't really buy coffee, but I started making it because I like pudding, and I was surprised because it was so delicious..^^ Pudding made with basic milk, espresso, whipped cream and rotus cookies.. Ingredients
  • Vanilla syrup
    50g
  • Milk
    300ml
  • gelatin
    2.5piece
  • Espresso
    50g
  • Water
    50g
  • whipped cream
    200g
  • Lotus
    10ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak 2 1/2 sheets of pangelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes..
STEP 2/7
Heat 300ml of milk and 50g of vanilla syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
STEP 3/7
When the milk base is heated, turn off the heat and melt with the mushy pangelatin.
STEP 4/7
Pour milk base into pudding container and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
STEP 5/7
Add 200g of whipped cream and broken rotus cookies and whip them with an electric motor..
STEP 6/7
When the rotus cream is complete, prepare a pudding base in the refrigerator and place some of the rotus cream on top of it, and pour a little coffee mixed with espresso and water over it.

And put on the rotus cream and add the crushed rotus cookie and one rotus cookie.
